Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide via international express carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS). At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery. If you provide an invalid address, we may need to contact you to verify a new one, which could cause delays.

How much is shipping?
We offer free international express shipping on all orders over $100 (or local currency equivalent). For orders below that amount, shipping cost is calculated based on destination country and package weight. We strive to secure the best rates for you. Please note that shipping discounts cannot be combined with other sitewide promotions.

When will I receive my package?
For international express shipping, delivery typically takes 7–20 business days after your order has been processed. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing from the date your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Please note: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
